Lake Holiday is going all out this year for the traditional 4th of July celebration, which will be held on the 3rd as is customary in our lake community. Start your morning at 9am with a potluck breakfast at the clubhouse with bloody mary’s (seriously, we live in a fabulous community!)
Then head outside to catch the boat parade! Canoes, kayaks, pontoons, fishing boats, whatever you have, decorate it and take a tour around the lake. Uncle Sam always represents, and residents are quite crafty so you never know what you’ll see! Boats will meet at the marina at 10:30am and head out around 11am.
Catch some lunch at home and then come back at 5pm with the whole family for the 2nd annual Boatapalooza. Residents hook up boats to float and enjoy music by The Jokers Band which will be playing on the fishing pier. Grab some dinner at the Jordan Springs BBQ tent and then settle in for fireworks at dusk!
