Lake – The biggest amenity at Lake Holiday is the 240 acre lake. High speed areas for boats, as well as no wake zones for kayakers and other man powered vessels and swimming provide fun for the entire community.
Country Club Park – Our newest amenity is a large park area on what used to be part of the old golf course! A 9 hole disc golf course has been installed alongside a bocce ball court and horse shoe pits. There are future plans for a dog park and large athletic field!
Beaches – Enjoy a large sandy beach at the clubhouse with easy boat pullup and large parking lot, or head over to Beach 2 for more private sunbathing. Each beach has a volleyball court and picnic areas. Beach 3 is currently being developed, located directly across from Beach 1 it can be reached by boat or by the back gate on the south side of the lake. There is a new boat dock installed and picnic tables with more improvements coming. See directions and details here!
Fishing Pier – Enjoy fishing from the pier located just off the picnic area behind the clubhouse.
Marina – The marina includes 92 slips as well as storage for canoes and kayaks.
Boat Storage Facilities – Storage lots for boats and recreational vehicles are available.
Clubhouse – The Clubhouse offers a great room with a stone fireplace, a full service kitchen, tables and chairs to accommodate 250+ guests, a dance floor and an audio system, reading room, ping pong, fitness center, as well as Lakeview Snacks and More convenience store open during the summer season.
Picnic Areas – Complete with grills, picnic tables and our new fishing pier, celebrate with the whole family then head down to Beach 1, enjoy the picnic area at Beach 2 near the campsites, or the new picnic areas at Beach 3.
Beach Volleyball Courts – Two courts are available, one at Beach 1 and another at Beach 2.
Camping Sites – There are currently 7 camping sites available for tents or camping trailers at Beach 2.
Tennis Courts and Basketball Court – Located next to the clubhouse, enjoy a pickup game.
Playground – Kids playground located at Beach 1, as well as a new playground at Beach 2 with swings and slide.
Hiking Trails – There are marked trails that are maintained by community volunteers on the north and south side of the lake, see details here.
Community Garden – Rent space in the community garden, water is available.
